Green Africa Power LLP is pleased to announce that it has appointed two leading law firms to act as its legal advisers.
Stephenson Harwood LLP and DLA Piper LLP will share the legal work on projects where Green Africa Power are considering an investment. In addition Stephenson Harwood have been retained to give more general legal support for non-project related matters.
Commenting on the appointments Green Africa Power Executive Director Peter Hutchinson said ‘We are very pleased to have retained the services of these experienced firms to support our work in African Renewable Energy projects. Both were able to demonstrate their capability and relevant experience and we look forward to working with them over the coming months.’
